- In 2005, Wuhu HuaHai Biology Engineering Co.,Ltd was established in Wuhu of Anhui in production of allantoin;
- In 2006, downstream products of allantoin, imidazolidinyl ureaDiazolidinyl Urea, were succeeded in production;
- In 2007, p-hydroxy-benzoate ester products were put into production;
- 2008 - Successful trial of p-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt products;
- In 2009, Wuhu HuaHai Biology Engineering Co.,Ltd passed ISO 9001:2004 authentication;
- In 2009, pre-registration was completed;
- In 2010, we completed customized production of allantoin series and parabens products;
- In 2012, our company won honor title of “Anhui new and high-tech enterprise”;
- In 2016, preparation work before share reform was completed and our company was renamed into Wuhu HuaHai Biology Engineering Co.,Ltd;
- In 2016, Wuhu HuaHai Biology Engineering Co.,Ltd. was moved into Wuhu Sanshan Economic Development Zone;
- In 2016, Wuhu HuaHai Biology Engineering Co.,Ltd. was listed in “new three board”, with stock code 870596;
- In 2017, Wuhu HuaHai Biology Engineering Co.,Ltd. registers in REACH.
